Elim
Ebony Elim is a 23-year U.S. Army veteran whose career as a Senior Telecommunications Supervisor included a combat deployment and multiple overseas tours. Throughout her service, Ebony managed complex communications systems and led teams with precision and dedication, contributing to mission success across diverse and challenging environments. After retiring in 2019, Ebony transitioned her skills to become an Operations and Risk Management Consultant, where she now supports the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in enhancing strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and effective risk management.
Originally from Rochester, New York, Ebony brings a unique blend of resilience, adaptability, and commitment to lifelong learning. With an Associate Degree in Graphic Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, she combines creativity with analytical acumen, enabling her to address complex challenges in innovative ways. Ebony is an active member of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, the Chicks Who Carry Gun Club, and Hope City Church, where she participates in various small groups. She also annually participates in a mission trip to Africa with Hope City, reflecting her dedication to service and global outreach. Additionally, she is a member of Tiana's Tea, a non-profit organization focused on empowering others.
Ebony is a proud mother to her 21-year-old daughter, Amarria, who is pursuing her creative dreams at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) as an Artist (Painter), and a recent puppy parent to Miles, who brings joy and liveliness to her home.
A passionate traveler and foodie, Ebony loves exploring new destinations, cuisines, and experiences. She is on a mission to visit every continent to experience its unique culinary offerings and is always open to trying something new. With aspirations to become an entrepreneur, Ebony is currently exploring creative ventures that align with her talents and interests. Her dedication to supporting her community and fellow veterans reflects her lifelong commitment to service, resilience, and purposeful living.
